Refund Policy

We have a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like accidental events such as natural disaster, caught on fire, or stolen, customer misuse, customer induced damaged, improper and negligence care, personal reasons related to product satisfaction. Exchange for different product is not eligible.

We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Refunds

Refund is typically credit to your preferred payment method; all refund shall be followed the original payment method that is used to make the payment upon placing an order.

 

Refund Policy for WellG:

Our goal is to help user to improve in health condition, by consuming our product will helps to improve certain body indexes to combat the illness. This is scientifically proven, please refer to the elements listed as below :

- Fasting blood glucose

- Postprandial blood glucose (2 hours after meal)

If it does not help on the improvement and user wishes to do a refund, user should provide evidence such as health check report (Before consume and after consumed) issued by the SAME healthcare facility or doctor. We will review the result and decide if it is eligible for a refund:

Please note that refund is only eligible if user’s condition met our refund requirements. Strictly no refund will be issue for unreasonable reasons.

All rights will be reserved by MejorCare to withhold any refunds.

All refunds will be processed within 7 working days upon items have been returned to our HQ office. Please ensure the information provided to us for a refund is complete and correct. Discount voucher is not re-issuable and is not refundable. Any products purchased with discount voucher; the refund amount will be based on the final payment amount.
